The Institute for Music and Health in Verbank, NY is excited to announce their upcoming day-long workshop Music for Wellness: An Introduction to the Diamond Method on Saturday June 12th. The workshop offers a practical introduction to the field of music and wellness, showing participants how they may use music to benefit themselves and others. The focus is the Diamond Method for Music, created by John Diamond M.D., the world's leading authority on using music for health.

The Diamond Method for Music is a unique body of work developed over half a century of research and clinical practice by one of the foremost individuals in holistic medicine. It shows us how anyone can use music as a medium to enhance their lives regardless of previous experience or musical expertise.

The materials presented during this workshop will nurture your confidence in your ability to use music to enhance well-being; give you practical experience of doing so along with information that can be applied in your professional and personal lives.
