Before painting I inspire. And I paint for my painting – my aspiration as a result of my inspiration (all, of course, not by me, but through me) for you to feel inspired to paint – to aspire in grateful reciprocation.

Every act of Creativity
is a breath cycle metaphor
of Inspiration and Aspiration.

It's not the subject,
not the technique
– but the intention.

Inspiration – in
    and
Aspiration – out.

A sculpture
Emanates as lovingly
as a tree...

Any tree
– alive or dead –
Emanates
as no sculpture can...

Sometimes I gaze at the bare paper,
lying there spread out before me.
And I caress it, intimately.
Almost like flesh.

To heal,
paint from your Center,
the Hara,
your Womb of Love.

Enter with expectation
into the painter's
womb of love.
